New beer alert! We've got cans of a tasty Cold IPA coming out this Friday. 'Thermals' features Motueka and Cashmere Hops for a burst of fresh lime and lemon flavor, and notes of melon and peach.

Enjoy it on tap and get your 4-packs of this very limited release beer starting this Friday at the taproom.

Today is the day! Our 11-year Anniversary kicks off at 11AM. We've got so much amazing beer and we need people to help us drink it! Special Anniversary Beers, including Amped Up, Once More Around the Sun, Anniversary Chaos Pattern with Peach and Apricot and more!

Live music kicking off at 1PM with Eddie Biebel, but make sure you don't miss any of our other great acts like @genheyward , @benharoldmusic , and our headliners who take the stage at 8PM @chickenwireempire !

Don't miss our vintage bottle sales! Lots of past releases that are bringing back all the memories for us.

It's almost party time! The day kicks off at 11AM on Saturday, but we're staying open later this year (11PM), because we want to PARTY!

Of course, there are some details and rules for the party, which will help everyone have a good time.

Doors open at 11AM, but if you'd like to join some of your fellow beer fans for a bottle share before the doors open, this will be happening in the large tent behind the taproom. Please have all bottles/cans cleaned up and returned to your vehicle before the doors open.

ID Check - There will be two locations for ID checks. One by the bottle pick up, and one on the patio as you enter the taproom. A hand stamp from one of these locations will be required to enjoy beer from the bars.

Traffic - When entering our parking lot, traffic will be ONE WAY only. Enter the lot, and drive along the brewery and exit along the taproom (counter clockwise flow of traffic). This will help our parking attendants keep track of who's coming and going, as well as help to keep pedestrians safe. Also, be mindful that there may be people waiting for bottle pick ups by the brewery, so please drive with caution.

Food - We will have @parker_johns_sheboygan on hand providing a multitude of delicious dishes for all you party-goers. Additionally, there will be an ice cream truck on hand for those looking for a sweet treat.

Music - So much music! We have 4 acts taking the stage throughout the day and evening. Starting at 1PM, we'll have #eddiebiebel, followed by @genheyward at 4 PM. @benharoldmusic keeps the party going starting at 6PM until our headliners, @chickenwireempire rock out from 8PM until 10:30!

All of the events for the day are family friendly, the taproom is dog friendly inside and out (dogs MUST be leashed, and owners are responsible for their dogs and their behavior), and there are no tickets needed to join us. We'll see everyone on Saturday!

In addition to bottles of our Anniversary Beers that are available this weekend, we are also dipping into our cellar for some vintage beer! If you're interested in picking up some bottles that we may never offer again, head over to the brewery side (look for the big banner). In some cases we have only 3 or 4 bottles, so sales will be on a First Come, First Serve basis, sales start at 11AM. Here's what you can find over there:

The Anniversary Party is this Saturday and we're pumped to celebrate with all of our fans, friends, family, and supporters!

With all of you coming to raise a glass or two with us, parking is important! As in years past, we will have two overflow lots. One, will be directly across the street in the Manning Lighting parking lot (Thanks @manninglighting!). The other, larger lot, will be located a little further down North Ave to the West. We will have signs to help direct traffic, as well as some parking lot attendants throughout the day. To alleviate some of the traffic, we always encourage you to carpool (having a designated driver for your group is event better!)or grab a taxi or Uber/Lyft.

See you when the doors open at 11AM!

It's CHAOS around here. Anniversary Chaos Pattern that is. To help celebrate 11 years of making beer, in addition to our two barrel-aged releases, look for 16oz cans of Chaos Pattern with Peach and Apricot!

This will be available at the taproom, as well as in stores and on tap around the state just in time for those of you that can't make it to Sheboygan to help us celebrate our anniversary!

Happy Cinco de Mayo! If you're celebrating, just remember, nothing goes quite as well with tacos as a good good Pilsner (even if it is a Czech-style Pils).

Yesterday we put our Anniversary Beers into bottles in preparation for our 11 year anniversary on May 13th. We don’t know about you, but we’re getting excited!

‘Amped Up’ our bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with cocoa nibs, vanilla, and macadamia nuts came in at 16% ABV.

‘Once More Around the Sun,’ our double barrel -aged imperial stout is “only” 14.4% ABV.

Come to the party next Saturday to help us celebrate and enjoy a few pours of these delicious beers.
