About Our Beer
WE STARTED A BREWERY… NOW WHAT?
When we started the brewery in 2012, we spent many, many evenings thinking about what kind of brewery we wanted to be when we grew up. Were we going to focus on IPAs? Barrel-aged beers? Lagers? Sours? The possibilities seemed endless and overwhelming. Ultimately, we decided we wanted to make them all, and do so exceptionally well.
GOOD IS NEVER GOOD ENOUGH
This decision began a journey of discovery through styles, fermentation, new techniques, and lots of science. We’re passionate about making great beer you want to drink. It’s a novel concept, right? It’s our guiding ethos and keeps us excited to walk into the brewery each and every day.

Barrel Society
Want the most unique, exclusive, and hard-to-find barrel-aged beers we have to offer? Pull up a chair and let us tell you about our Barrel Society. Members of our not-so-secret society get access to 6 releases throughout the year (for a total of twelve 22oz bottles). The releases always include 2 variants of The Wolf, as well as four other delicious beers made exclusively for this group.
