We took our rich, complex Belgian-style quad that we brew with figs and molasses, and gave it flavors worthy of the beginning of fall. The warm, comforting notes of pumpkin spice, with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, and clove are the perfect compliment to the sweet and spicy notes that are picked up from the rye barrels this beer ages in.

The Wolf is a simple beer at heart, a classic imperial stout with a very robust malt bill. The result? The liquid equivalent of a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
