If you are familiar with our Belgian-Style Quad, Veneration, then you’ll want to get to know Veneration: 1792. We took that warm, comforting, and delicious Belgian-style quad that we brew with figs and molasses and then aged it in a 1792 Bourbon barrel instead of the normal Rye Whiskey barrel. The result is something we can’t even explain. The beer that comes out of those barrels is magic. Flavors of molasses are intensified, an increased sweetness without being cloying, and the wonderful notes of baking spices – don’t even get us started.
