What kind of brewery did we want to be?
An often discussed question in the early years. Did we want to make lagers or hoppy brews? Dark, barrel-aged beers or delicate Belgian styles? Easy drinking ambers or nitrogen-infused stouts? After lots of soul searching, we landed on making them all - with a desire to do them extremely well. That decision put us on our current path. A desire to make beer a hop-head is excited about, a clean lager for after a long day, and a kick ass barrel program are what led us to relentless trials, experimentation, and questioning established methods.
In 2017 we moved down the road to our current location, a former Coca-Cola facility. Our expanding, tight-knit group of brewers turned two facilities into a 10,000 sqft destination taproom and a modern 30,000 sqft production brewery. Now, we're one of the top breweries in the state. Known for our barrel-aged beer program, wide variety of IPAs, accessible year-round offerings, plus our Cloudless Hard Seltzer brand, we've got something for everyone.
